Plain pound cake without oven.

Ingredients: 1 cup All-purpose flour (maida) 2 Eggs        ¾ cup sugar 1 teaspoon Vanilla essences 1/3 cup oil Milk 5 table spoon 1 teaspoon baking powder   Directions: In a bowl add 2 eggs, ¾ cup sugar and beat them until the batter becomes creamy. Add 1 teaspoon vanilla essence, 1/3 cup oil, 5 tablespoon milk in the batter and beat again. Then add 1 cup all-purpose flour (maida)(sieved), 1 teaspoon baking powder in batter and mix it gently Grease the baking mould with oil and put batter in it. Preheat the cooking pan for 10 minutes at medium flame. Put the baking mould in the cooking pan and bake for 35-40 minutes at low flame.  

Bread Gulab Jammun Recipe without baking soda



Ø Ingredients:

·         Bread slices – 6

·         Milk – 1 +1/2 Cup

·         Dry  powdered Coconut, Almonds & Pistachio– For Garnishing

·         Cardamom powder (optional)

·        For sugar Syrup

·         Sugar – 3 Cups

·         Water – 3 Cup

·         Cardamom – 5

 

Ø Directions:

1.      Crumble the bread slices in small pieces.

2.      Add cardamom powder if you want.

3.      Add dry powdered coconut in to the mixture.

4.      Now add milk in to the mixture and knead it until it comes in form of dough.


5.      .1.      Leave for 5 minutes.

2.      Now make small balls of this dough.

3.      Take a pan and heat up the oil in it.

4.      Fry these balls in cooking oil on low flame until they become golden brown.

5.      Once the balls have turned brown then transfer them to sugar syrup.

 

Ø Sugar Syrup:

 

1.      Take a pan, add 3 cup water & 3 cups sugar in it.

2.      Bring it to boil until sugar dissolves.

3.      Take it off the flame & add fried gulab jammun in it .

4.      Take out these gulab jammun when you want to serve and garnish them with dry coconut &


almonds.
