Ø Ingredients:

Bread
slices – 6

Milk
– 1 +1/2 Cup

Dry
powdered Coconut, Almonds &
Pistachio– For Garnishing

Cardamom
powder (optional)

For sugar Syrup
·
Sugar
– 3 Cups
·
Water
– 3 Cup
·
Cardamom
– 5
Ø Directions:
1. Crumble the bread slices in small
pieces.
2. Add cardamom powder if you want.
3. Add dry powdered coconut in to the
mixture.
4. Now add milk in to the mixture and
knead it until it comes in form of dough.

2. Now make small balls of this dough.
3. Take a pan and heat up the oil in it.
4. Fry these balls in cooking oil on low
flame until they become golden brown.
5. Once the balls have turned brown then
transfer them to sugar syrup.
Ø Sugar Syrup:
1. Take a pan, add 3 cup water & 3
cups sugar in it.
2. Bring it to boil until sugar
dissolves.
3. Take it off the flame & add fried
gulab jammun in it .
4. Take out these gulab jammun when you want to serve and garnish them with dry coconut &
