Plain pound cake without oven.

Ingredients: 1 cup All-purpose flour (maida) 2 Eggs        ¾ cup sugar 1 teaspoon Vanilla essences 1/3 cup oil Milk 5 table spoon 1 teaspoon baking powder   Directions: In a bowl add 2 eggs, ¾ cup sugar and beat them until the batter becomes creamy. Add 1 teaspoon vanilla essence, 1/3 cup oil, 5 tablespoon milk in the batter and beat again. Then add 1 cup all-purpose flour (maida)(sieved), 1 teaspoon baking powder in batter and mix it gently Grease the baking mould with oil and put batter in it. Preheat the cooking pan for 10 minutes at medium flame. Put the baking mould in the cooking pan and bake for 35-40 minutes at low flame.

Tasty Potato Chicken Doughnuts.

Ingredients: 1 cup boiled and mashed chicken 4-5 bread slices ½ cup milk   Red chili powder (according to taste)   Black pepper powder (according to taste)   Salt (according to taste) 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste 1 cup mashed potatoes 1 tablespoon chili sauce (optional) 1 tablespoon ketchup (optional) 1 table spoon soya sauce (optional) For Coating: white flour (Maida), egg, bread crumbs. Directions: Take 4 bread slices, soak them in milk and crumble them. Add 1 cup boiled mashed chicken, red chili powder, black pepper, salt, ginger garlic paste and mix them well. Also add 1 cup mashed potatoes in it. Add 1 tablespoon chili sauce, 1 table spoon ketchup ,1 table spoon soya sauce in the mixture. Knead the mixture well. Now take a mixture and make a ball of it. Tasty Chocolate Balls made with Biscuits.

Ingredients: (just 3) 1 large pack (or 3-4 small packs) of Oreo.(Any other chocolate biscuit can be used). Milk (As required) Melted chocolate . Directions: Take Oreo biscuits finely crush them. Add milk in crushed biscuits and mix it (Add milk as required). It will become a thick paste when you will keep mixing it. When it comes in form of thick paste then make small balls of paste with hands. Coat these balls with melted chocolate. Freeze it for 10 minutes. Top the balls with crushed biscuits or anything of your choice. Your chocolate balls are ready.

Easy Eggless Chocolate Cake without Oven

Ingredients:   Powdered Sugar 1 cup Milk ¼ cup Yogurt ¼ cup Oil ¼ cup Flour (maida) 1 Cup Coco-powder or Crushed chocolate  1 cup Baking soda ½ teaspoon   Hot Boiling milk or water 1 cup   Directions:   In a bowl Take 1 cup sugar, add ¼ cup yogurt in it, Add ¼ cup milk and mix them well.   Now add ¼ cup oil in it and mix them.   Then add 1 cup flour (maida) (sieved) , add 1 cup cocopowder (sieved) or crushed chocolate in  it,add ½ teaspoon baking soda and mix these dry ingredients well.
