Plain pound cake without oven.

Ingredients: 1 cup All-purpose flour (maida) 2 Eggs        ¾ cup sugar 1 teaspoon Vanilla essences 1/3 cup oil Milk 5 table spoon 1 teaspoon baking powder   Directions: In a bowl add 2 eggs, ¾ cup sugar and beat them until the batter becomes creamy. Add 1 teaspoon vanilla essence, 1/3 cup oil, 5 tablespoon milk in the batter and beat again. Then add 1 cup all-purpose flour (maida)(sieved), 1 teaspoon baking powder in batter and mix it gently Grease the baking mould with oil and put batter in it. Preheat the cooking pan for 10 minutes at medium flame. Put the baking mould in the cooking pan and bake for 35-40 minutes at low flame.  

Easy Eggless Chocolate Cake without Oven


Ingredients:

  •  Powdered Sugar 1 cup
  • Milk ¼ cup
  • Yogurt ¼ cup
  • Oil ¼ cup
  • Flour (maida) 1 Cup
  • Coco-powder or Crushed chocolate  1 cup
  • Baking soda ½ teaspoon
  •  Hot Boiling milk or water 1 cup 

Directions:

  1.  In a bowl Take 1 cup sugar, add ¼ cup yogurt in it, Add ¼ cup milk and mix them well.
  2.  Now add ¼ cup oil in it and mix them.
  3.  Then add 1 cup flour (maida) (sieved) , add 1 cup cocopowder (sieved) or crushed chocolate in  it,add ½ teaspoon baking soda and mix these dry ingredients well. Your batter is ready.
  4.  Take a cooking pan and cover the lid, preheat the pan for 10 minutes on low flame.
  5.  Take a baking mould, grease it with oil and put butter paper in it.
  6.   Now put the batter in the mould.
  7.   Put this mould in cooking pan covered with lid.
  8.  And bake the cake for 40-45 minutes at medium flame.

 

For Decoration:

·         1 cup chilled whipping cream

·         4 tablespoon coco powder

·         ¼ cup sugar (powdered)

·         Mix these 3 ingredients and whip it for 6-8 minutes.

·         Decorate the cake with this whipping cream.
