Plain pound cake without oven.

Ingredients: 1 cup All-purpose flour (maida) 2 Eggs        ¾ cup sugar 1 teaspoon Vanilla essences 1/3 cup oil Milk 5 table spoon 1 teaspoon baking powder   Directions: In a bowl add 2 eggs, ¾ cup sugar and beat them until the batter becomes creamy. Add 1 teaspoon vanilla essence, 1/3 cup oil, 5 tablespoon milk in the batter and beat again. Then add 1 cup all-purpose flour (maida)(sieved), 1 teaspoon baking powder in batter and mix it gently Grease the baking mould with oil and put batter in it. Preheat the cooking pan for 10 minutes at medium flame. Put the baking mould in the cooking pan and bake for 35-40 minutes at low flame.  

Easy Eggless Doughnuts Recipe:


Ingredients:

·         1 cup warm milk
·         4 Table spoon Sugar
·         2 tea spoon Yeast
·         2 cup All-purpose flour (Maida)
·         2 tea spoon oil
 

Directions:

1.       In a cup of warm milk, add 4 Table spoon sugar and 2 tea spoon yeast, mix them well.

2.       Take 2 cup All-purpose flour (Maida), add 2 tea spoon oil in it, mix them well,

Add the milk yeast mixture in it.

3.       Mix all the things well.

4.        Make a fine dough.

5.       Knead for 6-8 minutes.

6.       Rub some oil on it.

7.      Cover it & Keep the dough in warm place for at least 1 hour.

8.      After 1 hour, take the dough and make medium sized balls of it.

9.      Press the balls to flat them and make a hole in center (shape of doughnut)

10.   Fry them in oil until brown color appears.

11.   Your doughnuts are ready.
