Ingredients:
· 4 Table spoon Sugar
· 2 tea spoon Yeast
· 2 cup All-purpose flour (Maida)
· 2 tea spoon oil
Directions:
1.
In a cup of warm milk, add 4 Table spoon sugar
and 2 tea spoon yeast, mix them well.

Take 2 cup All-purpose flour (Maida), add 2 tea
spoon oil in it, mix them well,
Add the milk yeast mixture in it.
3.
Mix all the things well.
4.
Make a
fine dough.
5.
Knead for 6-8 minutes.
6.
Rub some oil on it.
7. Cover it & Keep the dough in warm place for at least 1 hour.
8. After 1 hour, take the dough and make medium
sized balls of it.
9. Press the balls to flat them and make a hole in
center (shape of doughnut)
10.
Fry them in oil until brown color appears.
11.
Your doughnuts are ready.
