Plain pound cake without oven.

Ingredients: 1 cup All-purpose flour (maida) 2 Eggs        ¾ cup sugar 1 teaspoon Vanilla essences 1/3 cup oil Milk 5 table spoon 1 teaspoon baking powder   Directions: In a bowl add 2 eggs, ¾ cup sugar and beat them until the batter becomes creamy. Add 1 teaspoon vanilla essence, 1/3 cup oil, 5 tablespoon milk in the batter and beat again. Then add 1 cup all-purpose flour (maida)(sieved), 1 teaspoon baking powder in batter and mix it gently Grease the baking mould with oil and put batter in it. Preheat the cooking pan for 10 minutes at medium flame. Put the baking mould in the cooking pan and bake for 35-40 minutes at low flame.  

Tasty Choco Banana Bread Without & With Oven.


Ingredients:

For Butter milk:

  •          ¼ cup milk
  •          ¼ tea spoon fresh lemon juice

For Bread:

  •          3 or 4 bananas
  •          100 gram melted butter
  •          1 cup all-purpose flour (maida)
  •          ½ cup powdered sugar
  •          1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  •          ½ teaspoon vanilla essence
  •          1 teaspoon Baking powder
  •          ¼ teaspoon baking soda
  •          Walnuts, almonds

Directions:

  1.     In ¼ cup milk add ¼ teaspoon fresh lemon juice. Set aside for 5 minutes.Your butter milk is          ready.
  2.      In a bowl Take 3 bananas and mash them.
  3.      Add 100 gram melted butter in it.
  4.     Add ¼ cup butter milk which you made.
  5.     Now add 1 cup All-purpose flour (maida) in it & mix it well.
  6.      Then add ½ cup powdered sugar in it and mix gently.
  7.     Add 1 table spoon cocoa powder, ½ teaspoon vanilla essence, 1 teaspoon baking powder & ¼     teaspoon baking soda and mix all ingredients well.
  8.    At the end add some dry fruits like almonds and walnuts in it. Your batter is ready.
  9.   Transfer the batter in greased steal pan or baking mould .
  10.     Preheat your pan on medium flame covered with lid for 10 minutes
  11.     Bake for 40-50 minutes on medium flame.

       In oven:

  1.    Preheat the oven for 10 minutes at 180 C.
  2.    Bake bread for 35-40 minutes at 180 C.
